Terry Wilcox

I’m the National Sales Manager at Shamir Insight, managing 35 Account Executives around the country. My optical career began in 1987, when I practiced as a Licensed Dispensing Optician in Washington state. After joining Shamir in 2001, I worked for nearly 17 years as an Account Executive in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. In 2018, I was promoted to Regional Manager, and the following year I took my current role. I believe we can offer more than just a product, and it’s my mission to ensure that our team is equipped to offer eyecare professionals education, troubleshooting and advice on how to grow their business. To that end, I also manage Shamir’s educational department, training our new hires, and providing education to labs and ECPs.
