Amy Darmandjian

I’m the Shamir Account Executive for Los Angeles and Orange County. Having become ABO-certified in 2006, I spent 16 years as an optician and practice manager, gaining knowledge in all aspects of optometry, and advanced expertise in lensometry and edging of lenses. I truly believe that as eyecare professionals we have the privilege and responsibility to change people’s lives by improving their eyesight and wellbeing. My goal is to become an ambassador for each practice I work with, helping them combat issues like non-adapts and re-dos that cause patient dissatisfaction. I aim to help practices increase their revenue and retention by differentiating themselves and identifying areas for improvement.
